Choosing the right life coach for you is a very important decision. That’s why I always offer the first session free. Only when you have experienced my style can you decide whether we can work together in an open, honest relationship.
So, our first meeting (which will be in person if possible), will be both a get-to-know-you session as well as a full coaching session. That way you get a really good feel for things to come.
As you decide to move forward, you will receive a comprehensive information package containing everything you need to know about our coaching relationship, as well as a series of detailed worksheets and questionnaires. These questions will force you to dig deep and really focus on what areas of your life you would like to change – and provide a great starting point for our work together.
